Research on the effect of planting time on the growth of Passiflora foetida L. in Thai Nguyen province

The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of planting time on
the growth of Passiflora foetida L. in Thai Nguyen province. The
experiment design was a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with
4 formulas (CT) and repeated 3 times per one. The formulas in the
experiment include: CT1 (planted on March 10, 2019), CT2 (planted on
March 25, 2019), CT3 (planted on April 10, 2019), CT4 (planted on April
25, 2019). The results of the study have determined that, CT1 had the
highest average value of main stem length (H
̅
vn) compared to 3 left
formulas; CT2 had the highest average value of diameter (D
̅
00) at the period
after 7 days to 28 days of planting in the field, while CT1 had the highest
average value of diameter at the stage after 35 days of planting in the field;
CT2 and CT1 achieved the highest growth values of main stem length and
diameter; CT1 achieved the highest average value of fresh biomass with
18,115.62 kg/ha and dried biomass with 3,211.25 kg/ha.
